Terms of Service

1. Purpose of Terms

These Terms of Service aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between HairModelMake (hereinafter referred to as "Company") and users regarding the use of the services provided by the Company.

2. Definition of Terms

  • 'Service' refers to all hairstyle synthesis services and all related services provided by the Company.
  • 'User' refers to any individual who uses the services provided by the Company in accordance with these terms.
  • 'Account' refers to the Google account-based authentication information required to access the service.
  • 'Credits' refer to the virtual currency that can be used within the service.

3. Formation of Service Use Contract

The service use contract is established when the user agrees to these terms, enters the necessary information according to the registration form provided by the Company, and the Company accepts this registration.

The Company may refuse registration in the following cases:

  • When using a false name or information of others
  • When required information is not entered or false information is entered
  • When under the age of 14
  • Other cases where registration as a member is deemed to significantly interfere with the Company's operations

4. Protection of Personal Information

The Company does its best to protect users' personal information. Matters concerning the collection and use of personal information are separately stipulated in the Company's Privacy Policy.

It is important to note that the Company does not store any personal information in its internal database other than authentication through Google login.

5. Service Usage Rules

Users shall not engage in the following acts:

  • Impersonating others or registering false information
  • Creating or distributing illegal content using the services provided by the Company
  • Infringing on others' intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks
  • Interfering with the operation of the service or compromising its stability
  • Harassing or threatening other users
  • Using the service for commercial purposes without the Company's consent
  • Other acts that violate relevant laws and regulations
Important: Violation of the above rules may result in restricted service use or account suspension.

6. Service Provision and Changes

The Company does its best to provide users with stable services.

Service provision may be temporarily suspended in the following cases:

  • In case of system inspection, repair, replacement, etc.
  • In case of force majeure such as telecommunications service failure, power outage, equipment failure, etc.
  • When service provision is hindered due to a surge in service usage, etc.

The Company may change the content, usage methods, and usage times of the service, and changes will be notified through service announcements.

7. Payment and Refunds

When purchasing credits within the service, you are deemed to have agreed to the relevant terms.

Details regarding credit payment and refunds follow the credit policy.

Notice: If the input image does not meet the guidelines, the synthesis result may be unsatisfactory. Even if the guidelines are followed, the result may sometimes not be satisfactory due to technical limitations. Credit cancellation or refund is not possible due to dissatisfaction with synthesis quality.

Cancellation of payment and refunds are, in principle, only possible immediately after payment when the service has not been used, and refunds are not possible for credits that have already been used.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual property rights to all materials provided by the Company, including services, software, images, and documents necessary for them, belong to the Company.

Users may use the results generated through the service for personal purposes, but commercial use without indicating that the results were generated through the Company's service is prohibited.

9. Changes to Terms

The Company may change these terms if necessary, and the changed terms will be announced through service announcements.

If a user does not agree to the changed terms, they may discontinue use of the service and withdraw. If a user continues to use the service after the changed terms have been announced, they are deemed to have agreed to the changes.
