Credit Policy

Credits are virtual currency that can be used within the HairModelMake service. Credits are used for generating various hairstyles and using features.

You can purchase various credit packages, with bonus credits provided for bulk purchases. Credit purchases can be made by clicking the coin icon at the top of the website.

• All payments are processed through a secure payment system.
• A receipt will be sent to your registered email when you purchase credits.
• Purchased credits are reflected in your account immediately.

Credits are used for the following services:

• Generating hairstyle images
• Downloading custom catalog images
• Other premium features

The credit usage for each feature can be found on the service screen.

Purchased credits are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. Expired credits are automatically removed, and notifications are provided.

Important restrictions regarding the use and refund of purchased credits are as follows:

• The usage period and refund period for purchased credits are limited to within 1 year from the time of payment.
• Purchased credits cannot be transferred between users.
• Credits cannot be transferred to others or traded.

As a rule, purchased credits cannot be refunded. However, refunds are only possible when all of the following conditions are met:

• Refunds are only possible for payments where credits have not been used.
• Refund requests must be made within 1 year from the time of payment.
• Refunds will only be processed through the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.

Exceptional refund situations:

• When credits are not issued due to a system error immediately after payment
• Situations where refunds are legally required
